Orders within South Africa arrive in 2–4 business days via tracked courier. International orders ship in 5–10 business days depending on destination. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the atelier.
Shipping is complimentary on all South African orders over R2,500. Orders below that threshold and all international orders carry a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Made-to-order and final sale pieces are excluded — this is flagged on the product page.
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout wherever possible.
